HHFM is an emerging not-for-profit community-based organization dedicated to enriching and empowering the lives of adults/children in urban communities by providing healthy, fresh and affordable food choices. Our mission is to increase access to farm fresh, locally grown produce for consumers in high need, low-income New York City communities identified as “fresh and healthy food deserts.”

The company grew out of the need to increase access to farm fresh produce in low-income neighborhoods. One of the organizations founding principles is that all members of our society, irrespective of their socio-economic status, should have access to good quality produce.
